By accessing or using CompliOne ("Service"), operated by CompliOne ("Company", "we", "our", "us"), you ("User", "you") agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CompliOne. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
CompliOne is a compliance management platform that helps Indian startups and small businesses track regulatory deadlines, manage filings, and monitor compliance obligations across GST, ROC, Labour, and Tax categories. The Service includes:
CompliOne provides compliance tracking tools only. We are not a chartered accountant, legal advisor, or tax consultant. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information.

Each company should maintain one primary owner account. Team members may be invited as additional users under that account.

CompliOne is currently offered as a free plan to all users. There are no paid subscriptions, billing, or charges at this time.
We may introduce paid subscription plans in the future, based on user feedback and product development. If and when paid plans are introduced, this section will be updated to describe pricing, billing cycles, auto-renewal, cancellation, and refund terms, and users will be notified in advance.
Features included in the free plan may change over time. We will provide reasonable notice of any material changes that reduce functionality.
If paid plans are introduced, we will notify existing users by email in advance and provide clear information on pricing and any grandfathering terms that may apply to existing free-plan users.
Your use of the Service is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated into these Terms by reference. You retain ownership of all data you input into the Service. By using the Service, you grant CompliOne a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.
We will not access your data except to provide and maintain the Service, respond to support requests, or as required by law.
The Service, including its software, design, content, and compliance data, is owned by CompliOne and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute it without our written consent.
You retain all rights to your data. CompliOne claims no ownership over your compliance data, company information, or documents.
If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant CompliOne a royalty-free, perpetual licence to use such feedback for any purpose.
CompliOne provides compliance tracking tools and educational content only. The Service does not constitute legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. Consult a qualified CA, company secretary, or lawyer for advice specific to your situation.
CompliOne does not guarantee that using the Service will result in full regulatory compliance. The responsibility for meeting regulatory obligations remains entirely with you and your company.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, CompliOne shall not be liable for:
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CompliOne from claims arising from your violation of these Terms, violation of applicable law, or any false information you provide to the Service.
You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us at support@complione.org. We will process your request in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Self-service account deletion from Settings will be made available in a future update.
We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent activity. We may discontinue the Service with 30 days' notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request a data export within 30 days of termination, after which your data may be permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, contact us at support@complione.org to resolve disputes informally within 30 days.
Material changes will be communicated via email notification and in-app notice. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
